Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aqency HR. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization when creating a workspace.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload data you don't have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.
• Do not use Aqency HR to violate any law or third-party right.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing period. During early access, the service may be offered free of charge.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency fixes may temporarily affect access.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aqency HR is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
