Aqency HR ("we", "us") provides HR management software for agencies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Aqency HR you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, work email, password hash, workspace name.
• Employee data you upload: profiles, roles, locations, PTO requests, time entries, salary history. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser info, IP address, for analytics and abuse prevention.
• Support data: messages you send us and related metadata.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve the Aqency HR service.
• To authenticate users and protect against fraud and abuse.
• To communicate about product updates, billing, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, error monitoring) and when required by law.

Data retention

We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete data at any time from your workspace settings. After account deletion, backups are purged within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact info@agencyhr.com to make a request.

International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

We will notify workspace owners of material changes to this policy by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
